Greg Prosmushkin prosmushkin

Mr. Prosmushkin is the founder of the law firm, and the head of the criminal, traffic, personal injury, and business law teams. He is an aggressive attorney with over 12 years of legal experience in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York.

Mr. Prosmushkin graduated with a B.S. from Drexel University in 1991. He immediately thereafter pursued his legal educations at Temple University, and received his Jurist Doctor Degree in 1994.
A veteran of numerous criminal and civil Jury trials, Mr. Prosmushkin has distinguished himself as an excellent advocate for his clients.

 

Jim Sellprosmushkin

Mr. Sell is a member of our litigation department, having specialized in the handling of civil matters for more than twenty-two years. Mr. Sell first became involved in the handling of all variety of claims in 1973 upon his employment with The Hartford Insurance Group rising from the position of a claim handler to claim manager. In this role he gained valuable experience pertaining to insurance coverages and insurance company philosophy.

Mr. Sell took a position as Risk Manager for Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio while he attended law school at Capital University. As Risk Manager, Mr. Sell investigated and defended medical malpractice claims arising in a 1,100 bed teaching hospital which self-insured its own professional liability exposures. Upon being graduated Summa Cum Laude from Capital University Law School in 1984, Mr. Sell joined a major Philadelphia law firm specializing in the defense of  all types of civil litigation. He continued his civil practice gaining experience by trying close to one hundred major jury trials in New Jersey and the Philadelphia five county area as a defense lawyer and has recently joined the Plaintiff’s side of the bar in prosecuting lawsuits representing the interests of injured parties.
Jennifer Hernandezprosmushkin

Ms. Hernandez is a New York State attorney and has been practicing law since 2002. She is a graduate of Dickinson School of law in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Since her third year in a law school, Ms. Hernandez has worked with Legal Aid of Central Pennsylvania, Foster Care Agency in Westchester, NY. More recently, Ms. Hernandez use her connection to the Latino community at the Law Offices of Greg Prosmushkin in Philadelphia.


Jennifer A. Hernandez has dedicated her life’s work to assisting others in need. Ms. Hernandez has been a hospital volunteer at St. John’s Riverside Hospital and has been a part of integral outreach programs such as Habitat for Humanity, Bridges to Community in Nicaragua, and Lord’s Pantry, among others. Ms. Hernandez has chopped firewood in the mountains of Appalachia, served meals to homeless persons in New England, assisted in building a school in Nicaragua, and has picked vegetables with migrant farm workers in Florida. Ms. Hernandez now looks forward to assisting persons with their varied immigration needs.

Mark Yurovskyprosmushkin

Mr. Yurovsky is a member of our litigation department. He specializes in all areas of civil and business litigation, family law and real estate matters. Mr.Yurovsky received both his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration Degrees from Temple University. In 1999 he received his Jurist Doctorate from Widener University, Delaware.

Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Yurovsky was employed by an international law firm, specializing in business and corporate law, were he used his extensive business background and proficiency in Russian and Ukrainian languages, to serve various multinational individual and corporate clients.
Mr. Yurovsky is admitted to practice in both State and Federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Doug Grannanprosmushkin

Mr. Gammon was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan.  After graduating from Wayne State University in Detroit, Doug moved to Philadelphia and entered Temple Law School.  During his stay in North Philly, Doug developed an interest in Immigration Law when he met his future wife, attending Temple’s Dental School as an international student.

After graduating and passing the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar Exams, Doug opened the first Public Interest Law firm in Southern New Jersey dedicated to serving the legal needs of people infected with HIV; the HIV Law Project of Southern New Jersey.   During this time Doug represented HIV+ individuals, helping people obtain Social Security benefits, and pursuing claims against companies and individuals that discriminated against people with HIV.  Doug also worked on green card applications with HIV+ individuals, helping them to prepare medical waivers allowing them to remain in the United States.

After a few years, Doug started as an associate in the Immigration department of Philadelphia law firm.  After a few years of handling Immigration cases, Greg and Doug established the Immigration department of Greg Prosmushkin, PC.  Over the last seven years, Greg Prosmushkin PC has helped thousands of individuals and businesses from around the world travel to the United States.  Our clients hail from all five continents and are served by our multi lingual staff of paralegals and attorneys.

Doug focuses his practice on litigating matters in Immigration Courts around the country.  He has represented hundreds of individuals in Immigration Court, and has also litigated Immigration cases in United States District Court as well as several Circuits of the United States Court of Appeals.  Doug and his wife currently live in Southern New Jersey.
